Insurance
We are in network with most major insurance companies through the Careington network. Your copay is expected at the time of service. It is important to have your insurance information ready when making an appointment so we can estimate out-of-pocket expenses before the appointment and maximize benefits to the fullest extent for our patients. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
